Publication Guidelines

In order to better defend its brand and compete in the market, gladysfashionshop. (“gladysfashionshop”) has decided that it is necessary to exert more control over the distribution of its goods. As a result, this Distribution Policy (“Policy”) will apply to all sales of gladysfashionshop  products. This Policy has been unilaterally adopted, and it will only be unilaterally and severely implemented.

To wholesalers, distributors, jobbers, discounters, exporters, and importers (collectively, “resellers”), gladysfashionshop bans the resale of its products.

gladysfashionshop will, without taking any liability, cancel all orders and refuse to accept any new orders from any retailer as soon as gladysfashionshop  has verified to its satisfaction that such retailer has advertised, offered to sell, or sold any gladysfashionshop product outside of its own physical store(s) or outside of its own online store(s). Although retailers who purchase products from gladysfashionshop  remain free to set their own resale prices and sales channels.

In addition, after gladysfashionshop has determined to its satisfaction that a retailer has advertised, offered to sell, or sold any gladysfashionshop product to any reseller, gladysfashionshop  will, without incurring any liability, cancel all orders and refuse to accept any new orders from that retailer. But if gladysfashionshop determines to its satisfaction that a retailer has advertised, offered to sell, or sold any gladysfashionshop  product to or through a third-party internet website, gladysfashionshop  reserves the right to continue selling to such retailer a specific range of products that gladysfashionshop designates as “Internet Sales Only.” gladysfashionshop will decide on its own whether to carry out these restricted sales and which limited products it will choose to market.

As this Policy is non-negotiable and won’t be changed for any shop, gladysfashionshop  won’t negotiate any conditions of acceptance relating to it. Additionally, gladysfashionshop  does not request or accept any assurances of adherence to this Policy. There is no promise between gladysfashionshop and any store in this Policy that the retailer will adhere to it.
